Hello to all forum members!
I have just joined this forum and this is my first postt
The reason is that off late I have been very much intrigued by the concept of self hypnosis and have decided to give it a shot. I have purchased few of the self hypnosis programs and experimenting with them.
I hope I would be able to seek necessary advice from the members who are more experienced in the skill of self hypnosis

I am so glad you are a new member to this form. There are so many great tools and positive support here. You can also try some free hypnosis videos on my YouTube channel "EmpoweredWithin". Feel free to share your progress with everyone here in the forum.
BTW - we do have a self hypnosis audio program in our Relax, Listen Series (link below in signature) - it uses Hypnosis to lead you into trance then gives you suggestions on how to put yourself into self hypnosis rather quickly.
