Hi can anyone tell me if using so called hypnosis spirals is a good tool to use for self hypnosis please?
I cant seem to find any decent quality ones either?

I've never had good luck with spirals. They just give me headaches |

The point of the spiral is for an eye fixation induction. People can achieve the same thing be staring at a candle flame or a spot on the wall.
Youtube seems to have a lot of hypno spiral/visualization options. |

If you're wanting a self-hypno prop like that, just search online. There are free ones for your comp and free apps for a phone. |
