I'm trying to make my own self-hypnosis recording and I was wanting to put some kind of relaxing music in the background. Any ideas? What kind of background music or sound do you use?
I have used sounds of the ocean before, but I was kind wanting something different. Some kind of relaxing music perhaps, that's long and doesn't have any lyrics.
Do you have any ideas or advice on choosing a good background sound? |

I've done my own recordings of self hypnosis, I've created a small document that shows how, including where to get soundtracks from and how to include binural beats, software, etc.

Youtube has a ton of sounds that are great for putting you in a deep relaxed state |

I use several tracks from http://www.silenciomusic.co.uk/ in my practice and on my recordings, and they really compliment the session. |
