Hi folks
I'm currently using self hypnosis to help with my golf.
can someone please tell me if I visualise through my own eyes or see myself playing golf ( dis association?).
Or does it really matter.

It is very good that you are using self-hypnosis, as it does help in improving sport performance. As for your question, for some people visualization works better but other people might need other ways to work on it. I would still suggest that you consult a hypnotist in your area to learn different ways of self-hypnosis, and to get recordings that you can use at home. |

In my opinion - for what it's worth - the best results from autohypnosis are achieved by using your imagination to train yourself to literally feel and see yourself achieving your desired goal.
This should be done singlemindedly and constantly, though probably the most significant positive effect on the subconscious comes from daily and/or nightly sessions using either affirmations, mp3 downloads or possibly booking a series of hypnotherapy sessions. |

Do both as well as w/o "seeing" yourself. While doing that, add the physical sensations you would experience while going through the motions. |
