Creepy I know, but I find myself having to frequently swallow during my attempts at self-hypnosis. I am new to this, just one week in, so I am sure I have a long way to go. Is this something that will probably go away as I find myself in a deeper state or should I relax and just accept it at part of the process? Sorry if this grosses you out. LOL |

Excessive salivation is one of the signs that you are hypnotized. Don't worry about it, it means that you do everything right, and hypnosis works for you. Just keep practicing it! |

That sounds interesting and new to me :) But I guess it's part of the process and as long as you are successful in self hypnosis then you can consider it as a part. |

Accept it and see if it goes away. :)
If it's still a problem after practicing for a while, you can attempt adding some suggestions to control the salivating. |
