(Step One) Imagine yourself in a movie theatre watching your phobia in a old black and white movie of yourself going through the experience at very high speed(like watching a video on fast forward) (step two) Imagine yourself floating up out of your body (Outer Body Experience) looking down on yourself from above. (Step Three) Imagine yourself floating into the projection booth watching yourself sitting in the cinema seat watching the film of your phobia on the screen. (Step Four) When the movie has finished float backinto yourself in the movie theatre at the end of the movie and imagine physically rewinding through the experience at very high speed. This step is repeated several times than walk out of the cinema free from your phobia. PS if these steps dont work for you try useing three or four such phobia memories insted of just one. Hi
Thanks for the post this is a very basic NLP process, and the Credits for its creation go to Richard Bandler and John Grinder- there are faster a newer ways to do the Phobia process, these days.
I also deleted your other Phobia cure post as it was redundant as it was a duplicate post.
