hi
i am experimenting with self hypnosis and i would be grateful if someone with more experience can help me with a suggestion for laughter. i know we need to live a balanced life but i would love to know exactly what to say and how to phrase a suggestion that will make me laugh all the time. |

 I like you version about laughing when to pulled over by the police. Matrimax I want to ask you, I know that in a lot of countries there are laughing clubs, where people go start laughing (as I know without hypnosis ) so they explain that it affects on health positive, so I would like to know is hypnosis laughing also good for health, and which "kind of laughing" (hypnosis or just "forced" laughing) more affects on health and how? |
