Hello!
Can I get somnambulism and coma state with selfhypnosis without being hypnotized before from someone? |

It really depends on the individual, just like playing the piano, some are more of a natural than others. |

My Take on this is who's brain is doing it?
Levels of trance/hypnosis are very much subjective- and all comes down to a matter of training- I would suggest- looking in to conditioned responses- as a way to train your self into deep and deeper levels-
As the hypnosis/Trance is happening in your own mind-body either by being guided by someone else or by yourself- it all comes down to self regulation.. being guided by someone else would be faster- yet getting in deep trance/hypnosis is just a matter of time and training-
Just like learning to run a marathon- you start out with a short run- over time you add longer and longer times to your practice - soon your able to run the 26 miles- yet you had to start with the first step.

You may be able to reach somnambulism but will be unable to objectively test yourself for it.....
You could do an eye catalepsy.. but it will tend to be subjective...
Guess I have not given you a very solid answer. Doing self-hypno is limited. That's the facts.
