So I'm reading this book, 'The Secrets of Self-Hypnosis. I'm roughly halfway through and it mentions 3 types of messages involved in hypnosis but never defines under what circumstances they are used. He talks about suggestions, programmes (spells it this way) and scripts. Well the scripts can be like 4 pages long sometimes.
My question is: Do I need to memorize 3-4 pages scripts to remember? It's just seems like a lot to remember.

Thanks for that. That's actually the best answer I got from the 3 forums I tried with that question. What's funny is it I found out anyways as I just kept reading. He (Eason) actually does tell you how to deliver it in the Delivery Chapter that I hadn't gotten to yet. (whoops) :oops:
He says, you can read it several times outloud before the session, and then when entering hypnosis tell yourself the script you read prior is to be entered into the unconscious, or you can go into hypnosis with eyes open (telling yourself you are still in deep hypnosis) and read it during the session, or you can record it on tape, CD, or mp3 and play that for your session.

Hi
The answer is no you don't have to remember 3-4 pages- a script is either read to you or you read it in to a recorder http://audacity.sourceforge.net/ will allow you to do that all you need is a Mic to plug into you PC-/ Mac and you be able to record your self- then you can turn it into a MP3 or burn it to a CD-
They is another way to do this with is to read the script several times- then do a self hypnosis session- yet tell your unconscious mind to play out the script while you are in this self hypnosis time.
