I need to get my hands on some material that would help me understand how to write a marketing plan for my area. I do not own my own hynotherapy clinic (yet), but am studying the possibility.
I am having a difficult time locating resources that would help me understand how to assess my local market and how, in general, one prepares a business plan as it relates to a hypnotherapy practice.
Certainly, those who have opened their own practices don't do it without careful planning. Where did they get their knowledge about how to put together a plan?

You may be interested in our Networking section of this forum - "Where Hypnosis Professionals gather to gather."
Perhaps there are others in your area looking to do the same thing. While the forum is somewhat new it is growing rapidly and there are many people with similar interests.
