I have always found the staff at TranceWorks most helpful.
Any time I have ordered books from them the books have turned up in good condition.
Their listing of old books is remarkable.
Also their range of hypnosis and hypnosis-related books is quite extensive.

Its also worth checking out www.abebooks.com for rare 2nd hand materials. I picked up a load of Milton material from there!
