I am thinking of entering the field of hypnotherapy, and I am wondering what schools are good and which should be avoided. I would be hoping to training in southern alberta or the Vancouver area.

I run a school accredited by ARCH.I have been teaching for 9 years and have been asked by ARCH to crate the hypnosis curriculum that will be used by all of their schools on Canada.
I am located in Victoria but run the course by distance as well as in Victoria. if you are interested in training in Victoria, my next class starts in Sept and runs one weekend a month for 11 months. The distance program requires that we meet in person 3 times for 4 days each time.

I would look for a school that's accredited by ARCH Canada. There's a list on their website:

In particular, if Brick Saunderson is still teaching out in B.C., I would recommend him, but I think he might be retiring this year. |
