Hi there I am new to the website. A couple of years ago I was able to bring myself into a deep relaxation. I was on the verge of stepping out of my body. It was an amazing experience. After that I kind of forgot about it. Recently I have been wanting to get back into self hypno. And possibly in the future trying to hypnotise others. I was just looking for some good advice on where to start. Maybe if there are any good books out there to guide me. Any advice is helpful of course. Thanks |
