I'd like to know whether we should use YOU or I in making subliminal or self-hypnosis recording. Many people said that "I" is preferred cuz we are talking to ourselves. But when we are listening to a pre-recorded tape (done by ourselves), we are actually the listeners and not really talking to ourselves at the time. Does it make more sense if we use "I" when we are thinking to ourselves, and use "you" when we are listening to the recording? Thanks so much in advance for your input on the topic. |
