Hi. My name is Jennifer Wise and I live near Monroe, Louisiana. I am having trouble finding a hypnotist in my area. I am having some trouble with depression and I have gained alot of weight over the past year. I am wanting to talk with a hypnotist. Please give me any information at all on how to find a hypnotist in this area. I also am very new to this and I don't know what questions to ask and what to expect. I would appreciate any information or any recommendations on how to gain more knowledge on hypnosis.

I would suggest you make good use of your local library to learn more about hypnosis. It's free, and there are some excellent books on hypnosis available. It's a start! Good luck.

They can refer you to a hypnotherapist in your area.
