Hi Everyone,
This is a great forum and I am glad I have found it.
I've been a Hypnotherapist for well over twenty years and have been training Hypnotherapists since 1986.
I've always been impressed with the ethical standards of most Hypnotherapists and Trainers, but every now and then an ugly issue raises it's head.
In this case it is 'copyright theft'.
I discovered through a South African student that almost the whole of my course had been copied by John S. Dovelos and used as articles on his web site (the site where he had his articles has mysteriously disappeared which is coincidental to when I discovered what he had done.) and he claims copyright to my work.
He claims 2003 copyright whereas my copyright goes back as far as 1986.
As I intend taking legal action against him, I would appreciate any help forum members can give me in finding him in the U.K.
Our profession is a noble one and we can well do without this kind of behaviour.
If you can help, it woudl be appreciated.

Check out this site use it to see if the site in question as been Archived
http://www.archive.org/index.php now if it as and you have a copy of Adobe professional then you can turn web pages into PDF files. And use them as proof.
