im about 14 and i would like to know the basics of hypnosis, just so i can hypnotize my friends and such. Ive been surfing the net for resources for the pas few hours but everyone wants you to buy somthing and or its unreliable information. Im not able to go to any classes or pay for any clases but im hoping somone could just tell me wat to do to start. Thank You For your time and patience.
I also want everyone to know that i do not mean to be a pest of any sort and if asked to leave or stop posting i will cooperate. |

Hello,
Start by reading books. Reading is always the best way to get started when looking into any new area. Your local or school library is sure to have some information available.
Look at the FAQs section on this web site - it has a lot of information about Hypnosis and answers most all the common question. Many of the links from there take you to more advanced articles and web sites about each subject.
For more detailed articles and information see the Papers and Articles section on this web site.
There is a lot of information available but you have to look for it. The vast majority of Hypnosis web sites contain a lot of free information about Hypnosis.
I doubt you will find anyone willing to teach you Hypnosis (paid or free) until you are older. However everyone starts learning Hypnosis by reading a book about it, whether it is as part of a training class or just picking it up from the local bookstore. So reading about it online and researching it is a great way to start.
Speaking of selling things - there is a Hypnosis bookstore here too.
