I'm a very very nervous woman and this wednsday I will go for my first time to an hypnotherapist...But I wonder can everybody be hypnotised..I heard that it wont work on persons who are to nervous..
I'm not nervous for the hypnose (altough I have some questions before I go)I just got a very nervous nature..Do you think they can hypnotise me even when I'm open for it?...I wonder...Stefanie |

Hi stefanie
your already in a trance/hypnosis, we all are all the time, now before people start to say no this is not so.. what is trance/hypnosis? it's a state of consciousness, and as your in a state of consciousness all the time, then your also in some form of hypnosis, you will be ok, and everything will work out just fine. if you don't like whats going on.. just open your eyes, stand up ask for a refound, and walk out. and find some one that feels good to be working with,
