I'm fairly new to hypnosis and this is my first visit to Hypnosis
Online forum since joining. So, if my post is lacking somehow, please bear with me.
Good therapeutic massage requires some pain, and the pain tends to interfere with the massage. I get massage on a regular basis, and I have had some success controlling the pain by using a post-hypnotic suggestion. My massage therapist said she noted a distinct lack of
the tell-tale signs of pain; i.e. holding breath, gasps, flinching.
I want to find out more about the practice of hypno-massage, so my therapist can be more helpful to me. |
