going through a Divorce right now, and cant stop thinking about the negative aspects of the situation,
basically can hypnosis make me forget about a mean B#$%@?
i dont mean to wipe my memory or anything,
more could hypnosis help me to not think about it,
or could it in anyway help me be less botherd by whats going on

Hypnodoc is correct. In fact, anything that distracts in a pleasant manner will give the same results. Music works fine for some. Planning in a positive manner for your future will also work. Anthony |

A good relaxation audio tape could certainly take your mind off everything for awhile. Look for anything that will help you relax and deal with stress. This is a much better way to deal with the situation than trying to erase portions of your mind and memory especially at a time when you need to deal clearly with all the facts of the situation.
