Hello everyone,
I have looked into hypnosis and I have learned quite a bit about it, the psychology around it and what hypnosis is exactly. I have not read many full books about it, just web pages, and parts in books. I had a few questions. First I think you should all know that I am not doing this to become a hypnotherapist or anything, I would just like to do it for fun. I don't have any plans you make a profit from it via stage performances or anything. I just think it would be exciting, entertaining and interesting to be able to do it for friends, and myself. I bought a CD a little while ago from Wendi Friesen (www.wendi.com). I was just wondering if anyone has viewed this CD, so you could tell me if it is any good. I think I would be able to be successful in this from what I have tried on myself, but my biggest problem is that I am afraid to try it for the first time, I'm afraid it will not work. I know that sounds so dumb, and I know I will fail quite a bit, but I am so hesitant to try. Anyway, does anyone have any suggestions or any books that they may think will help with successful hypnosis? Any other information would really be appreciated. Thanks a lot.

Try the bookstore (www.HypnosisOnline.com/bookstore) or your local library. If you are really interested then simply start reading.
