I have posted a freely downloadable pdf file with brief descriptions and live links for relaxation, meditation, hypnosis audios (mp3s) posted by student psychological counselling and health services of major colleges and universities.
These provide a high-quality method of enhancing relaxation for all of us, but hypnotists may supply them to clients before the first hypnosis session to help prepare the client for trance . It should be noted that many of the mp3 exercises are actually identical to hypnotic inductions and can also give hypnotists new ideas on how to structure their own hypnotic sessions..
They are all free to anyone. There are over 200 mp3s on almost 20 University/college sites pointed to by this document. All links were tested in May 2018. |
