Just a couple of quick questions.
Is it possible to be hypnotised for excercise motivation ie go for a run , lift weights etc and if so how is this maintained after the first few hypnosis sessions and between sessions.
Also is it possible to create triggers to say recude stress by tapping on certain parts of the body behind the ear etc.

Posted - 01/19/2019 : 02:42:19 AM I have been using hypnosis for motivation with exercise for the past few months and it has been going tremendously! I started by saying 2 affirmations that are personal to me and my goals such as I will add 10lbs of muscle by the end of the year and I feel leaner and more muscular and definitely see/feel a difference. Before I would miss days skip exercises because I felt I did "enough". The affirmations helped to ground me and keep me on track. From my experience, before you try to do hypnosis to help you with motivation in anything it's super important to have a crystal clear vision of what you are looking to attain. Make sure you write down how much stronger, how much muscle you would like to gain, etc to get the most out of it. Best of luck in hitting your goals! |

Posted - 06/09/2016 : 4:59:21 PM Hypnosis is very powerful for motivation. Often there is some belief you have which is holding you back from feeling the motivation that you'd like to. Hypnosis can uncover the beliefs holding you back, and most importantly, address those beliefs to bring your subconscious mind in line with your conscious desires. There are many ways to do this such as a hypnotic argument, post hypnotic suggestion, anchoring, future progression etc. If your subconscious mind believes one thing and your conscious mind believes another, well your SC mind is 95% of your mind power and your conscious mind is only 5%. Who will win? Hypnosis can get your subconscious mind in line with your conscious mind so that you have 100% of your mind power working on your goals! |

Posted - 02/13/2016 : 8:26:32 PM Yes, that is possible. You can create a post hypnotic suggestion by tapping a certain part of the body, or by making a suggestion that every time you step foot into the gym, you are highly motivated it give it your all.

Posted - 01/30/2016 : 6:44:51 PM Yes, it is possible to get motivation through hypnosis. You can use conversational hypnosis for that, but instead of talking to someone else in a different way you talk to yourself in your head and say the things you need to say to get motivated. An hypnosis state of mind is also maintainable during running. I know you didn't ask, but I'm a runner myself and the trick to that is to keep your heartrate low, so you don't come in a fight/flight situation and that can keep you in deep trance throughout your running session. Some soothing music can help with that o get you in the flow. Maintaining in the deep trance during weight lifting i have some issues with, because my heart rate goes up too much to stay in such a state. Triggers to get in a certain state of trance can be made with some NLP techniques which have a big overlap with hypnosis |
