Hi all. Im new here and need help.
Iv just started seeing this girl. I really like her and she likes me to.
Iv been treated badly in the past and its biting me on the backside very hard. It has mentally scarred me.
I cant help feeling im going to loose her, like i have with others.
Its come to the stage that i go out my mind if she doesnt text back, then i start wondering where she is, whos shes with, whats shes doing, then i start to feel sick at the thought of what she may be up to, even though shes told me she likes me and wants to be with me. I havnt told her any of this but i always feel the urge to know exactly what shes doing all the time, and i dont want to.
Its driving me insane and to the point where i cant take being like this anymore. I want this to work but i know it wont as long as im thinking like this. It needs to stop.
Iv read up on hypnotherapy for this. Jealousy and Anxiety it appears is what im suffering from.
Has anyone suffered this with positive results?
Any advice is more than welcome as i cant live like this anymore.
