I recently wanted to try hypnosis through youtube videos. 'Problem' is it feels like I take to long a time to get into a relaxed state and the videos is already over, before my whole body even feels relaxed. To be more exact when relaxing it feels as if my body is slowly falling asleep, feeling tingly all over and giving me some serious trouble moving for example my hands and fingers as they have gone numb. This only happening when i just let the video repeat a second time.
I guess you can call this a sort of light trance or just a relaxed state, but that made me wonder and so the topic of this post. What do you guys feel like, or heard people describe their body as they fall into a trance?
