hi i wasnt sure where to post this but i was hypnotised without my knowledge and some unwanted effects have happened, im not really sure how to explain this but i had a strange feeling that i was acting odd when certain things happened i would start disappearing into my own little world.
I started taking note of when it happened and i noticed triggers so I searched about it and found out it could be a "trance" I then followed some pointers online and meditated for a while.
now i remember little bits and pieces like repeating in a slow and calm voice instructions. i dont want to go to go into a lot of details but it the suggestions was always ended with the same saying "you will go far in life" so i guess i need to know how do i remember it all and how do i overcome them affects. |

You should probably first describe when/how you think were "hypnotized" w/o your knowledge. |
