hi everyone, just after a bit of advice, I have seen a hypnotherepist twice and both times i have not been able to to be hypnotized, I really struggle to relax and i cant imagine the things my therapist is saying without over anlysing everything and feeling anything but the opposite to being relaxed. my therapist gave me a link to download [an audio program] so im going to see if that works whilst going to sleep at night. Im having fair few problems at the minute and i really need something to help. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When a client has a hard time letting go of the analytical mind, I suggest that they should repeat my suggestions in their head after I say them. That makes their "mental chatter" work to their advantage, rather than against them. It keeps them focused and taps into their natural ability to experience trance. |

I don't know anything about you, and I don't pretend to know where you are mentally. I do give answers that no-one else wants to, and I am not always accepted. I am okay with that, because it's not about me.
If you will give your heart to God, and pray about your situation, I know you will find answers. When we depend on solutions form the world, they often don't come. He CAN, and wants to help. Find a good church, interview the pastor, and settle where you are comfortable. He works. As a retired hypnotherapist, I know you will not find a good match in a hypnotist until you ask your Creator to guide you. Only then will it happen for you.
You will find things getting better for you When you get better. It is up to you.
