I am trying to find the best way to train the mind to do something subconsciously/subliminally and I was told hypnosis was something that was powerful to deal with the subconscious.
What I want to do is basically train my mind to do something for when I am next in a deep trance or medative state. What I am attempting to do often gets disrupted when I attempt it due to the fact I am anxious of missing the chance when in deep meditation or deep trance. What I want to do is have this thing so instilled in my mind that it will automatically happen when my brain is in the right theta medative state which is required for it to happen. I am talking about initiating an out of body experience. I know there's a lot of skeptism surrounding this whole debate of whether they are infact real or not but regardless of what it is, I would like to experience one. The way things are now is I feel I can get to the right state of mind with practice and patience but the fact I an anxious of missing the chance of having an OBE does disrupt my chances so I need to "drum it in" and "prime my mind" beforehand for it.
Anyone have any advice here for this? its unusual I know but I need to crack this. |

While it is possible to train your mind to do something while in trance, it can take a lot of work and will not be reliable.
The simple fact that you're trying to be mentally active (conscious interference)will disrupt your depth.
Best results will be with using a good hypnotist. |
