Frank, you are obviously learning by yourself and not through a teacher. Why do you feel the need for fast methods when you have not yet conquered the slow ones? Hypnosis is indeed a matter of practise, experience, more practise, and a good instructor. All are important if you intend to become good at what you do, and though you can do it all without a course or mentor, it will take many years, and you are trying to jump start the clock without any preparation or experience.
If you read good books and learn that way, you may still have questions which one would usually ask of a mentor, and if you don;t have one, this board may suffice. On the other hand, we have no way of knowing where you are skill wise, so feel unable to answer some questions you ask. To add to this, English is not your primary language, and your questions are not always understood. Terry |
