that it happens if these listening to a hypnosis CD and you remain slept?
that means that the suggestions go but deep? |

Because of the constant altering of our depth of sleep during our sleep period,it might be possible that we enter an area during our rest phase whereby some of the suggestions on the cd will infact enter the subconscious |

The answer is NO. Suggestions give while in a state of deep sleep will not be accepted, or even heard. Sleep therapy as you describe has been discounted for years. It is possible, but not by normal means such as a CD, so you waste your money. terry |

The hypnotic state is a relaxed state whereby we do not actually enter total sleep but we have our eyes closed and enter a state of conscious suspension, allowing suggestions to penetrate the subconscious, whilst being fully aware of the relaxed state we are in |
