Alright I had a Q about general hypnosis, whether it be self or done by another.
This may seem a strange question and you might ask "why would they want to?" .Can hypnosis be used to induce sleep paralysis? could it somehow programme your mind before sleep at some point to wake up in sleep paralysis? can this be done? anyone got a basic procedure? thx. |

Hi
You might consider looking at a meditation practice called yoga nidra there are a handful of mp3 downloads you can choose from Amazon - to explore this idea, the process is very very similar to sleep paralysis- that being the body being asleep and the mind wide awake-

I can't imagine any hypnotherapist will provide you with a "procedure" to do this. Similarly, I can't imagine a therapeutic reason for trying to do it! Give it up  |
