can anyone please reccomend a hypnosis cd of changing thought patterns to positive when being around people i dont like especially sales people /people in crowded shopping malls talking to management

It works until the 'dislike' emotional response they experience is stronger than the 'pretend like' response. |

Oh no, there are much easier ways than that.
Just PRETEND you like them - unconsciously.
Like, you have friends / family who you like, and you know what it feels like when you like someone.
However that feeling - that positive feeling - feels for you, just imagine projecting that feeling to the people you are talking to.
Practice - it works!

Patrick is right, go see a good hypnotist and they will be able to help you out. CD's affect everyone differently and you're money is better spent on something that will work instead of something that might work. |

Best bet is a one-on-one session with a good hypnotist. CD 'might' help you and 'might' even help you long term. |
