hi i am trying to help my mum quit smoking but every time a try a induction she find it funny because she doesnt believe in hypnosis. is there anyway i can hypnotize her without her knowing so i can help her? |

Here's something you didn't know before.
When a person goes to sleep, they go down to the unconscious level of mind, which is four cycles per second on the brain rhythm. They stay there about 65 to 70 minutes, then they come up to the Alpha Level or Dream Level and you can tell when they're at this level, because you can see the eyeballs moving under the eyelids like they're watching a movie, and this is the level of hypnosis of suggestibility and you can give them suggestions at that point.
You can suggest things like: 'A non-smoker feels good.. is more energetic.. is healthier' etc.. use your creativity.

Yeah sounds like you need to do it with conversational hypnosis, which seems to be what HypnoDoc is saying. otherwise you could use the laughing to your advantage, each time you laugh your body becomes more and more relaxed. |

Use "love" hypnosis...
Tell her that you love her and that smoking is killing her very slowly. Tell her that you don't want to see her go through that slow death process.
This is very effective.
Just so you know most Hypnosis professionals do not work with family or friends. You need to have a bit of distance between you and the subject and it is a lot harder than working with strangers.
