hi all,I've read some posts here to figure out where to start to learn hypnosis, but unable to find the information I'm looking for. I'm totally new at this and need to learn from the beginning. can someone please point me in the right direction with some really good reading material. thanks |

In addition to MM's advice I would like to point out one significant thing when it comes to getting hypnosis lessons as a beginner - look at the method of delivery as one of the main factors.
It's been a long time since I first found my mentor and started my training, but it was purely based on the written word for a lot of my study... it doesn't have to be like that now, you should be looking to consider CDs, videos, a whole range of stuff alongside the more traditional routes for hypnosis training that you could consider.
Good luck with your search - it's a powerful life tool to have at your disposal and one that more and more people are learning to seek! |

I would fully recommend Training Trances, they are many many books, and it can all become very overwhelming- this book covers hypnosis in a very user friendly way, its easy to read and understand, will give you a solid platform to continue any other learning you might consider.
