does anyone have scrips or steps i can follow for hypnosis.i dont even beleve it works but i wish it would.its so ineresting. i really like rapid hypnosis but i cant get anything to work. please help.oh and how do i know if im in trance |

Hi urgetinsleepy
This message will serve two points, one to answer the question here on the forum and the other to answer the personal message you sent to me.
Can I hypnotize people, If I was to limit my answer to the dullness of the question then the answer would be yes, yet so can anyone who uses language and words, theres nothing magical or special in being able to hypnotize people, it happens by the function of using words.
Now to answer the personal message I don't have a favorite form of hypnosis- I use what is needed when its needed, and I find has all hypnosis is based in communication verbal and none-verbal then in being and getting really good in using hypnosis well, means you have to master both direct and indirect and in doing that you create a more rounded approach that will allow you to work with a wider scope of people.
What tends to get in the way of way to many hypnotist and allowing them move beyond there fixed models of hypnosis is they are indoctrinated into a dogmatic static limited mind set, and you will know who these people are as they will attack anyone that looks out side their school of thought, rather than adding to their resources and picking up a few books, that have been written with in the last few years and catching up.
There is a whole new body of knowledge that has been presented to the world in the last few years, from out side the world of hypnosis, from people like Bruce Lipton, Candice Pert, Steven Pinker, Deepak Chopra, and others, that brings a whole now updated model of how the body-mind works and how language functions to create wholeness and well being.
So my approach changes and gets updated all the time, and I use what I need to use to get things done which also means I often have to create design and develop new ways of doing things.

There are a number of videos on Nathan's site, so depending on your connection speed the site should load, after a little while and keys to the mind is a free resource-
This site already has a lot of ideas, posted so if you take some time doing a search and reading some of the many post already covered, then it will save a repeating the same old advice. once you have read some of the other post on the site, then you should be able to work out what ideas will help you.
