I was using the Wendy Friesen CD 'Do It Now' and while it seems to be working I seem to be ratty adnd my brain feels a bit funny. I have been using it every day.
Am I overdoing it and what can I do to 'chill out' I now see why Type A sort of people are so ratty!! |

Thanks Patrick,
While the CD is highly useful and has been effective I think that I need to go by baby steps. Also I took some modafinil this week and that may be contributing to my mood. |

If suggestions are not balanced and push a person too far in one direction (motivation, behaviors, whatever), they can feel 'unbalanced'. Possibly like you're describing.
Listen to it less and/or find a cd to balance the behavior. |
