I am thinking of making a large slideshow of subliminal images/text messages that runs showing each message of a lenght of 2-5 frames or so in a video on my PC. I plan to watch the video for some minutes before going to bed, in order to program my dreams etc...
Technically I know how to do it, but is it just a waste of time or could it be useful? Should the length of each message be shorter or longer? |

Thank you very much! Wow, that was more complicated than I had imagined, but I should be able to do it :) I'll get started and if I get some positive results I will surely make a detailed report.

People do not remember the 1/20 of a second image that follows image of sex or violence

If too confusing – decreases
Best results – quick, short confusion and immediate suggestion.
Purchase choices
Lots of choices = lots of sampling, less buying
Few choices = more buying

Now that I've had a chance to sleep on it, I believe the info I remembered from him was a live seminar. He may have some reference on his site. I will see if I can find my notes.

I think some guy has a quit smoking program based on something like this. I don't know how effective it is. I suspect it would do well for visual people as long as the images are relevant to the individual. Kevin Hogan has some info regarding studies using length of images and types of images...
