I've had a lot of success inducing adults but find children particularly difficult. I know that children are theroitically easier to induce than adults but nonetheless have constant difficulty.
I am a pediatrician and wish to use hypnotic anesthesia prior to uncomfortable proceedures for children of all ages.
Any suggestions on hypnotic techniques or resources will be greatly appreciated.
