I found out recently that Neroli oil is good for calming and relaxing the body and is a good hypnotic sedative. Has anyone used this oil when hypnotising and does it help the client?

I feel that as long as you and the client are aware that you are using aroma- therapy in conjunction with hypno-therapy then the practice is ok.
I believe that we that all have a duty of care when dealing with individuals which means that we should only use therapies that we are competent in, and are aware of any possible dangers when using.
As long as the therapist has the knowledge or has consulted some one with the knowldge.
I use Neroli oil myself in the bath and found it very relaxing.

I know of working with physical disabled clients using massage as the preparation for suggestions in a state of trance. Why noy the utilization of Neroli oil?
