How many of us have reached a time in our lives that thought: " I might need help!"
How many of us thought that was nonsense after a couple of minutes?
"I can deal this by my own" we thought... "I don't need any help, I am strong enough to deal with this on my own!"
This is pride talking... sometimes we have to be humble and understand that we are not alone and because we ask for help... it doesn't mean we are weak...it means the opposite!
Only a strong and aware person, would be mature enough to realise that help is out there and if you really want to overcome something, be humble enough to know that you are human.
Only when you realise that, realise that you have strengths and weaknesses you can evolve and become stronger!
Walk your path, alone or with someone but always be aware that help is available if you please or bother to look outside of your comfort zone!
Either this is through therapies like hypnotherapy, coaching, counselling or even the simple act of talking to a friend it takes you to the right path!
Even Superman has a weak point: Kryptonite!!

Yeah.. it's fact.
No one has inborn abilities to do everything.
Though we think sometimes that we are able to do something or handle the situation ourselves and perhaps we are, but if we ask others for help or advice then certainly we get much better results than doing it alone. |
