I have a client that suffers from both afflictions. I'm confident that a regression will assist in uncovering the root cause of these as I'm sure they're related. However, until that time I've been working with hypnoanastetheology, and interested in scripts or suggestions of therapies that people have used for one or both these afflictions.
The reason for the added therapy instead of going straight to the regression is due to the fact my client has difficulties with sitting for extended periods of time, and have a sneaking suspicion that this regression may be lengthy, and don't want attempt covering the meat of it in multiple sessions.
Any suggestions from people that have had similar situations would be greatly appreciated. |

Go and buy a book called time line therapy and the basis of personality By Tad James and Wyatt Woodsmall.
It as a way powerful way of using up time/the waking state to do this type of work. or you can check out www.tadjames.com and learn more about time line from his site.
It's a very kind and a very powerful process.
