Hello,
For self hypnosis, what is the best way to produce the alpha-theta wavs needed for trance state? I know there are a few free generators out there, but I also notice Wendi.com seems to use the same background sounds in many of her CD programs. What is most effective?
Better yet, where can I learn how to make them myself?

No matter what you do, it will cost you bucks, how much I have no idea, but sound and light machines are on the market, and you can have your choice of which to buy. Many years ago, I wanted such a machine, so being smart enough to know my limitations, I went to an expert in electronics and asked him to build one for me to my specifications.... It was a lot of fun for many years until I eventually broke it, and since I had also outgrown it, I never replaced it... I am though curious as to were you got the idea that this was a requirement for self hypnosis? It isn't, it's just a fun toy........ |
