I have developed a suggestion just 1 hour ago for my self-hypnosis. I wanted to get some opinions on it; criticism would be cherished.
"I go deep into my brain. I look for the section assigned to my Hypothalamus, specifically my Thyrotropin releasing hormone. I see it labeled above a lever. I see a description, it says "stimulates the anterior pituitary gland to secrete thyroid-stimulating hormone, which stimulates the thyroid gland to secrete thyroxine and triiodothyronin hormone". I see a lever next to thyrotropin releasing hormone named "secretion". The lever is now set to minimum. I seize the lever with both of my hands and push it up to "DOUBLE SECRETION". As soon as I do, I see a steady stream of thyrotropin releasing hormone being sent to the anterior pituitary gland. I now secrete two times more thyrotropin releasing hormone through out the day then I did before, and I feel amazing doing so."
