I am looking to help my daughter stop biting her nails. She is an adult but really has a problem. Does anyone know where there is a script I could use as a guide?

That is relatively young, which makes it a bit easier. Couple remaining concerns are how long she has been practicing it and what it's root is.
Google this term "nail biting script free" - I saw a couple there. Also, in this following forum thread - http://www.hypnosisonline.com/forum/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=1237
in the fifth post down there is a description for a 'reaching type' habit that may help your daughter.

She is 22 years old. I believe it habit but you really never know. If you could direct me to a good script it would be appreciated. I have been looking for something that sounds pretty good for 2 days

How old is your daughter and how long has she been biting her nails?
Adults are less likely to have a long term positive response to a script, especially if they have been 'practicing' the habit for some time.
In my experience, adult nail biters, hair pullers, skin pickers, etc., use that action as a release of stress/tension/anxiousness/whatever. If you remove that coping mechanism, they will more than likely replace it with something else. I would urge you to check this first. Best chance of success for your daughter is to explore the motivating factor for her habit. If there is not one, then a plain-jane nail biting script may work fine. There are many available online. I don't use scripts so can't give you one. If you have trouble finding one, let me know and I'll point you in a direction.
If you try a script first and it does not 'fix' things, it will reinforce the strength of the habit making it more difficult to change later.
