I was just curious what the usual procedure was when a person wants to undergo past life regression hypnotherapy. What happens do they just lie there and are asked about random things? please someone who knows about it give me an explanation on how it works what you have to do and what the hypnotherapyst does to make you supposedly back track on a past life what is the usual procedure.
