So I bought a past life regression app on from the app store. I have been experimenting with subliminal messages and binaural beats lately and I thought I would be interesting to see what regression was all about. I thought it was all a croc to be honest, but induction sounded relaxing and before I knew it I was steping through the light into myself past. It was intense, like how sunny day takes you back to how it felt to be kid. Or the smell of watermelons makes you think of one specific fourth of July and it is almost like you can hear you cousins. I struggle to really describe it but I experienced two separate past life experiences. They were both intense. Well after that took the app off my phone, and it was off for several months, until just a couple days ago. I started doing it regularly again, but now it seems more intense. I see disturbing memories, some kinda frightening. Not always, but it is clear my past selves were... unstable individuals. Another thing that kind of creeps me out, i don't know quite how to describe it but I ask myself questions and before I have finished (almost before I start) I answer them. I know how I died in both lives. I didn't see it as a memorire, it's like I answer myself as I ask myself. Beyond the scary memories and strange sel dialog I guess the thing that is the most disturbing is how I always feel like me even when look like someone else... and now I am starting to remember places like neighborhoods, or countrysides where I "grew up". Is this stuff normal. Should I be worried or even discontinue the hypnosis? |

A person should only do regression work with someone trained in working with these things.
