This is a question for people who have experienced past life regression. When you're experience your past life through past life regression, is the experience like a dream or day dream? Or is it a different kind of experience?
I guess I just want someone to describe the experience so I know what to expect. |

kurt, I agree. I don't think people can "know". I've done a few of them. Had some clients do them spontaneously during a regular session.
My clients get results w/o needing to do any PLR, so I don't see them point in using time in that way either.

I'm just curious as to whether you would actually know for sure that it was a past life or not. If it seems like a dream then how would you really know that it wasn't just a dream. I was hoping that it would be experienced in a different way giving more credibility to that fact that it was indeed a past life. I don't know that I'd want to waste my time doing it if I can't even tell the difference between it and a dream. |

A legit PLR will be more like a dream in how it is experienced. Finding/realizing info rather than directing the flow of info.
Whereas a daydream is more consciously guided.
