Hi everyone!
I just joined this site and I think this could be very helpful.
About a year ago my daughter (around 6months old then) and I were having an afternoon nap, It felt like I was half asleep but NOT awake.. like a dream but more real.
I was a native male (I'm a female) in a small boat with a female that I felt she was my wife. She fell overboard and died while I tried to save her. When I woke up I automatically felt that the female in my "dream" was my daughter.
Would love some input as this is something i cant get out of my head!

Sounds like a dream to me.
Have you ever watched the water go down the drain while standing over it in the shower? It collects and then rotates and then goes away. If you want to "never" think of the image again then - Close your eyes and imagine the scene as you dreamed it. Now imagine the image turns into water and watch as it rotates, blurs and flows right down the drain. Keep watching until all the water image is gone down the drain. That's it - all gone. |
