Good morning. I am new to this forum, having only just joined today.
I have never undergone hypnosis, or Regression Therapy. Any experiences that might be [and I err on the side of caution here] Past Life ones, I've had in dreams. Although my Journal began only in 1994, some dreams [created from notes I've found]are from the 1980s. The 'clue', I feel, to try and identify Past Lives is any dream sequences that has a 'coherency' about it in terms of content and detail. And particularly if a 'narrative' appears to form. Also to read round the subject, and about other peoples' experiences.
At the moment I am reading Roy Stemman's Reincarnation: True Stories of Past Lives [1997] and Grace Cooke's The Illumined Ones [1966], to try and gain further insights into this fascinating [and controversial] subject.
I would be interested to know what people think about this...  |

I have had success working with client who have dreams they perceive to involve previous lifetimes. Many times these are recurring dreams, and we have discovered connections to previous lifetimes! |
