I have read in a book that medicine and comportamental-cognitive terapies could heal this kind of phobia, but hypnosis only some times... Can hypnosis heal this kind of fobia all the time? |

I used to be really socially awkward and almost paralyzed with fear out in busy public places. I barely ever talked to anyone, and only went grocery shopping at 3 AM when there was nobody else in the store.
It sounds like you might have some negative views about yourself which are making you feel inadequate and undesirable in public... I would start by challenging these views.
And yes, hypnosis can most likely help with this, but the keyword is HELP... You also have to make an effort yourself to get better  |
